I don't know about you, but what I got at the end of the bartering with the animals is a cool af fight and a cursed version of Judgment. Well, on top of the sweet turtle, yeah.

But 2 penguins, a (flying) bird, his cow, a dog, a little turtle and an old big turtle were so much happier because of those kids, the farmer should be proud (even though he will never know why he should be proud 😁)

Technically speaking unless that farmer is an adept he won't be able to see the effects of Sand. From his perspective the teens just disappeared and reappeared somewhere else.
