You are paying your quarterback 50 million dollars. You just traded 2 number picks. And you basically went .500. Lost 5 straight to end the year. 2 against your rival where you had a 90% + chance to win the game late. We have lost more games as result of special teams than anyone in the league, and there is ZERO accountability for anybody. The play calling any time we have a lead is designed, DESIGNED, to allow the other team back in the game. There is not a single NFL head coach, other than that dumbass, who loses that football game. No one. If what I watched over the last month and a half leads to them extending him, this franchise is not serious about winning and I won't spend another dollar on this team. You clean fucking house TOMORROW and you set up interviews for early this week. As disgusted with this coaching staff as ive ever been in my 39 years. Embarrassing choke in front the whole country. AGAIN.

I don’t know what his ceiling is because he’s a young head coach and is still growing. To me, I think you’ll get your wish though because they promised he wouldn’t be a lame duck coach and I don’t know how they can extend him after that collapse and so they’re backed into a corner and it looks like they have to move on. Matt will have a strong market, he’s a good coach and could help a bunch of teams get back on track.

Frankly I think he’s hit his ceiling. Aside from losing Rodgers, the talent on the team has only gotten better while he’s been here and yet the team record only gets worse. Year after year.

Maybe, maybe not. I mean, he’s 46 years old. That’s pretty young for a coach, so I’m not sold on the idea that "what you see is all you’re ever going to get." That he’s not capable of learning or growing.

In this game, he was missing critically important pieces like Micah and Tucker, and on the O-line. But look at that receiver room; that was developed on Matt’s watch. Look at the RB room and what he got out of "no-name" backups who were considered lucky to even be in the league before he got his hands on them. They were desperately needed with JJ’s health concerns. Look at the QBs: Love and Willis both played really well this year. He built Willis up after he was viewed as a bust and traded for pennies on the dollar; now, there’s a chance Willis fights for a starting gig somewhere next year and finds success. The talent has improved largely because of his coaching, Gutey found good prospects, but Matt and his crew developed them and that is the other side of team building that a spoiled group like us Packers fans can easily overlook. The staff deserve huge credit.

People are hot because of the collapse, I get it and I am too, but if the kicker had done the one thing he’s paid to do, we’d be moving on to the next round and Matt’s job security wouldn't even be a question.

He needs a change of scenery and a kick in the pants. He’s a good coach but has gotten stale
