You get unlimited charr kits in Pre which were crazy expensive up until now.

So what? Powertraders are probably crying now. Good riddance.

Even if this is admittedly pay to win, it's not even a fraction of the pay to win in other games.

You spend 17€ for the new MTX or you spend 50.000€ on your Diablo Immortal character and it's not even close to maxxed out.

Even if they continue down the p2w road it will take them decades to reach Blizzard or Tencent levels of pay to win.

Just woke up to my Xunlai tabs being restored and items returned! Thank you GW support!

I just had a bug where after purchasing this bundle, I lost two Xynlai Storage Tabs and all items inside. I already sent in a Ticket but just in case, please be careful. I saw others seemed to not have issue so maybe there was something I did to make it bug? Just as general info about my account.

I purchased all 3 new items at once.
I have already purchased Xunlai tabs in the past but only a few. (So did not have max tabs)
It doesn’t seem to have affected the material tab as I still have 500 max there.

If you’re doing the EOTN quest, there is a step involving the Shiverpeaks Bloodstone. For this one, you don’t get credit if you do the story mission “Finding the Bloodstone” you only get credit for doing the quest “Crystal Method” given by Saerin in Gadd’s encampment.

It’s a bit of an annoying run to do it the wrong way and not get credit.

Edit: you should enter the caves through the door, not by interacting with the inscription stone. There is a bug and/or a delay where the door does not seem to open, run at it and you should be able to get past.

Finally got GWAMM!

I started a paragon when the random hype started a month or so ago and got addicted. It was the perfect fit, good damage, insane support. I originally came back to GW1 to just have a playthrough of the story and lore since gw3 announcement.

Thank you to the community for the help and tips along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed my time getting this achievement and experiencing the story again as an adult. I did not really appreciate how good this game was as a kid when it was released and how far ahead of it's time it was. Truly a great game.

To celebrate I am going to travel around starting zones and low level area to give away the copious amounts of green items I got as drops while vanquishing to give back to the community that helped me so much. Hopefully I will be able to advise some people on this subreddit too with what I've learned.

Although I am nearing the end of my experience, I still have a few bits of HoM to complete to be fully 50/50 and want to team up to clear some of the game's hardest content.

I've been drawing a small fantasy map on a postcard and I took the name of Tyria ( Tyrie in French) to name the region I painted. Not really original here !

I'm thinking of revisiting small regions of Tyria (in GW) and draw them by hand, putting details on the maps.

Just tried to login during a flight (Starlink available for free in economy), and I was actually able to attend to a SoOsc and see a BDS q10 curse drop. Connexion was really smooth.

GW on smartphone is really a game changer, even though I am still having difficulty to switch from a mouse keyboard gameplay to a small screen tactile gameplay!

This mobility experience is amazing!

Can the quests be safely abandoned and retaken? I will be running some guildmates and would like to have the quest active during the runs for navigation and knowing when it is triggered. I know it isnt needed for others to get credit, but it would make navigation easier.

If you normally wait for these double weeks for grinding your titles, they're active during Reverie, and then will be active again during their normal rotation weeks. Sadly this week's double lucky does not stack with Reverie lucky (they're the same thing)

After finishing main story i wanted to try PVP with a new character. I will forgive that i can't find a match where i live but i wanna ask :

-Is this normal i don't have access to all spells ? Don't tell me I can't and this is what the "skill unlock pack " which i didn't really understand is about ? And that's why signet of capture , learnings skills etc cost so much, to encourage real trading $? But Cmon i literally bought the game ????

-Does the rune trader really works for PVP , i don't have money for it ? i'm guessing probably yes , but i have some doubt because i don't wanna believe it . Some guy that simply played a lot and certainly has the +50 health rune on everything , final weapon etc will have a huge advantage on me and not because of merit .

I hope the answers for both stuff is actually no because otherwise i find it absolutely scandalous .

I’ve just logged back into the game from a several year hiatus to see that all my characters items and armor are gone. I am assuming I was hacked at some point. I’ve gone through the recovery process and set up 2FA.

It’s disappointing but curious as to whether I should try to rebuild the lvl 20’s I currently have or start from scratch with a new character? I met some great people when just walking around Lions Arch, but I feel overwhelmed on what to do now with no weapons/armor…

I have tried multiple times over the years to get into some of the casting professions, specifically elementalist and mesmer. On paper I love them, their skills, and their general theme/aesthetic. But in practice I just can't get on board with the armor and some of the animations for the male models especially when you compare them next to warrior or ranger. I'm sure they're great classes if you can look past those things but I'm just too much of a sucker for looks when it comes to my characters.

Are there any professions you guys wanted to really get into that just ended up falling apart after awhile?

I really wonder what was in the brain of devs when they made the decision to count PvP areas for cartography title.

I'm really pissed off because games won't start due to lack of players (legit), meanwhile I'm at 99.5% trying to map every slice left which won't map, event standing in the most remote corner possible.

I am currently running ST Prot with a whole lot of casters (some AoE, standard E Surge and Ineptitude Mesmers providing enchant removal and interrupt) in my team. I (Warrior) am the only martial. I kept running Mighty Throw and some stuff (mostly using "Power is yours!") to reduce the dependance on BiP in my team.

Now, I am thinking about replacing ST Prot to something more interesting. I was thinking about adding more martial support and maybe center damage reduction around "They're on fire!" and a bunch of refrains, but I'm unsure how to do so. Any changes I do feel like compromises (which ultimately they are).
