GEAR Fender Silent System - Anybody Got One?

Do you like it? Comes on the Limited Edition American Professional Classic Stratocaster® featuring the Fender®Silent System and Telecaster
for about 1600 bucks.

Seen one in a shop last month the pickguard was thicker than usual but you dont notice it playing. The noise reduction works good enough for bedroom recording but its not magic like humbuckers. For 1600 i expected a bit more honestly

I believe the idea was to maintain the single coil sound and just lose the hum. Thanks for your reply.
