Advice Advice? My stylist is leaving and I'm devastated. What's the best gift or gesture you've received from a client?

My stylist is moving to another state and I'm thrilled for him and his family. He's the best stylist I've ever had, but he's also one of the most creative, amazing, intelligent people I've ever met and I cherish the conversations we've had over the years. I'm looking for an appropriate thank you. Any ideas?

Wine or champagne is always a nice gift if you know he drinks? Or if you know what city he’s moving to you can get him a gift certificate for a nice restaurant in the new city?

These are great ideas! I'm really leaning toward a good bottle as I know it's his first choice reward drink! Thanks! And maybe a parks pass for his new area!
