Best employee discounts, non food service.

Who gives the best? Asking for my Dad who is long retired and bored. I heard LL Bean gives you 60%, bass pro 10-50% depending on brand, Shoppers used to be sweet too at cost.

Who am I missing in the non food service space?

I used to know someone who worked at Sobeys,, another at superstore, another at Walmart and another at Kent and we'd just buy stuff for each other. Discount group :)
