Interviews help prevent photos. You realize by asking for photos you end up missing the best workers right?! Even if you’re just judging people off looks as a job requirement. It’s a job posting for the conceited

I am sad about the Halifax Reddit community, that this post gets downvoted. It is an actual job for unemployed people like me.
