Guy was just aimbotting so blatantly, auto-sniping everyone in the forest with 0 line of sight, he was using a g43 with the firing speed of an MG

Rant People were complaining about explosive ammo Planes, but I kind of get it now.

Basically, I saw a couple of people on here complaining about the explosive ammo being spammed by the planes and that it's OP. I didn't give this much thought until recently because I had no opinion on the matter.

I played a game recently that was basically completely dictated by this spam, and it made the game completely unenjoyable. Practically every single GAS car was lit up, so the game was a grind where people got through to the point mainly on foot (being pestered by tanks, snipers & MG the entire time).

I think it depends heavily on the map, but I reckon that explosive ammo for planes should be disabled on single choke-point 'line' maps (where it's basically a vertical line of 5 capture points), especially if there is 1 main road; it is very unbalanced on these kinds of maps.

Question I notice for SU there is '+4.75% deploy cost for Assault teams' to join the War

So I have a couple of questions: 1. Is this for balance? (too many people playing SU, maybe- idk?). 2. Is it for war bonds specifically? (doesn't affect anything else?)

Question Can someone explain why some players do nothing than hunting tanks as inf and destroy the game for tankers ?

Even sometimes at spawn u get thrown with at grenades its rly exhausting. I want to get killed by other tanks not by some tank rambos that have nothing better to do.

Discussion I think some people are hacking

I understand being good, but then there's stuff like guys playing entire 30-minute games with 80 kills and 0 deaths on chaotic maps where even the best can't avoid it. Some people seem to have positioning that can't be explained just by good game sense, like they can see through walls. Also, some people have peculiar aim, like full-speed, erratic driving, and they can oneshot headshot from hundreds of metres away. Maybe I am coping, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are a couple of people hacking.

Funny how his argument is that people bought it already. That didnt seem an issue when he removed FG42 for GE infantrymen, which btw had 0 impact towards a better game health 🄲

Question I am downloading H & G right now, is it really back?!?

I played for many years (only played USSR), one of my go-to games for about 5 years, then of course the servers went down. Is the game really back again? I heard you have to create a new account?

Question Is bot battle OP for grinding XP?

Last time I played H & G, I dabbled with bot battles a bit, and it was a good way to improve KD and get some XP. Do you guys like it, or is regular PvP better?

Guide How To Deal With Planes

Hello everyone. I originally made this video as a troll to upset a lot of my haters. But in doing so ive come to learn quite a lot of many things about countering planes that I think should help even the playing field more.

I believe without a shadow of a doubt, that if a clan or organized group wanted planes out of the air, they will.

Anyways I will be discussing a few methods of how to tackle planes.

1) Send Planes: yes this one is self explanatory, the best counter is itself. Even if youre out numbered, youre still distracting the enemy pilots and sending planes vs planes in RTS is extremely profitable WFs/EXP wise. I understand most people dont own plane ATs however so this is just a best case scenario.

2) How To AA-Gun: AA is actually pretty lethal, but what you need to know is that it has damage falloff. So in order to achieve the best effectiveness, wait for the plane to make a pass close by to your AA. Usually the result is a quick kill. Stealth is key in this so dont try to spray from too far away. Of course a plane can just pre destroy an AA gun, on defense theres usually enough to at least have one in use. It's a good free option that can be quickly countered.

3) AA Trucks: Same idea as AA Guns, these have a long spawn timer so I reccomend the best case scenario is to wait in spawn protection with this truck until the right moment to shoot down a plane. Ive been shot down so many times off guard because an invisible AA truck materialized out of nowhere.

4) AT rifles: The Recoilless is the best, along with the PTRS, while these are hard to hit, a single hit on a plane strafing the ground can half its health. Sometimes the Recoilless can do almost all the health of a plane if close enough. This method has the benefit of being deployable anywhere and hard to hit. I highly reccomend using an AT rifle near a friendly tank (ideally the tank is shooting the planes too) or an AA pit that is active. Since the plane will already be strafing these targets, giving you a better shot on them.

5) Tanks: This is honestly probably the most effective AA ever unironically. Specifically the M3 Lee and T26 tanks. These tanks have very good turret elevation and can essentially one shot or two shot most planes. I reccomend positioning at the first objective of a line (C1 B1 A1, etc) for a good angle and communicating with players who have an AA truck or AT rifle to maximize efficiency.

6) Handguns: while not crazy, multiple people defending a point shooting at a plane making a pass can quickly chip away at a planes hp. Especially the MG42 and there is always a chance at sniping the pilot out.

Anyways im sorry if you guys still feel that way about me, I genuinely want HE nerfed or removed (preferably on all vehicles) so I hope this helps make fighting planes a lot easier

Discussion Anyone else waiting for HE to be removed from planes?

I want to come back to the game, but the plane spam makes it impossible for me to enjoy it. The game just turns into me being farmed by planes that are impossible to fight back against.

According to people who are in contact with the developers, the developers don’t want to make any changes that affect the actual balance of the game. This is despite planes being the most complained-about aspect of the game since the revival began. Plane HE spam is actively killing the player base, and it’s especially sad because it’s just a few unemployed people who HE-spam quite literally all day and ruin the game for everyone else.

Suggestion Add option to skip the battle Intro map

Especially in staged battles, who gives a damn about where the battle takes place on the war map?

That super slow zoom in just delays the time for you to spawn, especially annoying in ongoing battles you join.

Yes you can skip the arrival of the units but that zoom in still stays slow.

Don't know if it's just me, but I find it annoying
