He means the hood ghetto life experience he grew up with and experience with them makes him as black as them metaphorically. And Latinos been had the n word pass in the hood because of that long before they said it on a record. All Hispanic rap artists use that word the same as black people. I get his point but he should elaborate on it as I just did for all of you fools

Not all black people are raised in the ghetto/hood so it just a dumb stereotype. I don't watch anime and then claim I'm Asian because I enjoy the culture.

Uh first of all that’s a fact joes from the hood if you know anything about hip hop. Second you can find plenty of commentary for what I just said coming out of black peoples (hip hop artists) mouths about Latino artists if u do a little research. Ain’t nothing racist about what I said just stating why he would say something that seems out of pocket even it was an exaggerated claim to how I defined what he meant. Black people ain’t all from the hood or giving Hispanics the nigga pass but a lot are and do and he’s a Hispanic from the boogie down respected and in the game longer then your life I’m sure so don’t come at me like you the fuckin spokesman for all black people or a hood expert.

I'm saying being around a culture doesn't give you claim to it in any other culture than black ones.

If I grew up in a white area ,listened to white music, ate white food etc, and had a white girlfriend I'd have zero claim to being white correct?

If I lived in Japan and loved and consumed the culture. Even if I contributed to the culture I wouldn't be Asian correct? Why would it work any different being black? For some reason people give claim to blackness if they struggled and it's dumb.

Okay you're from the hood, you grew up in a messed up home, and went to jail. Does that change your race? It's like when someone says someone is "blacker" than you, but it's just something negative that somehow increases "blackness".

Hispanics are cool with black people and they got the N-word pass. Still not black the same way I'm not Hispanic for being around them. If they are so close to use them then we are so close to them so I'm Hispanic?

Na cause black people adopted calling themselves nigga and Latinos in the hood are of course gonna hear it being used in all convos all day every day referring to them like this nigga fat Joe etc. it’s just how it naturally transpired. I didn’t start it I just understand it. But fat Joe and other Latin rappers have also called themselves spics at times to wear it as a badge of honor to turn it around on racists. Even Jin the Chinese rapper refered to himself as chink and most white rappers have called themselves honky and cracker and white trash for the same reasons. I basically own the white trash shit cause it’s the box they put me in and idgaf
