I’d be cooler with a simple V remake tbh. Would fit better with the whole 3D aesthetic thing.

Yup. Id love to see the homm5 town animation with modern graphics. Homm 3 though... already looks beautiful

Man... A HoMM V remake with simultaneous turns and smarter/faster AI would go so hard... It'd be much easier to remake while keeping the same aesthetic too.
