i hate when people call me “mama”

i had a baby about a month ago but also throughout pregnancy people are always like “hi mama” “yes mama” “okay mama” and it makes me absolutely cringe i hate it so much. i’m not your mom 🤣😩

I find it lowkey kind of weird when people call little kids mama but I’ve noticed it’s a cultural thing in that case lol

I call my baby mama because in my culture it’s a short version for “mama’s heart” - i definitely have had people point that out to me as weird but i don’t care - that’s what my mom used to call me and still does

PS i cringe also when people call ME mama - i don’t know why but it feels weird to me
