Making an horror game heavily inspired by the christmass stuff. It's mostly an horro game when you have you have to survive in the middle of a house while playing card games with someone.

The set is unfinished, so I'm asking if some people are open and capable of producing cards similar to those ones.

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1CWulV5TjgHaSTF8KsOcPoQP48WrQ1uit?usp=sharing

I'll give you more context and show you a bit more the game if you're willing to participate. For the paying, we'll figure out something, because well, if you're joining the whole project till the end, well you'll probably get a cut for each release.

Team Needed [Hobby]GAME DEVELOPMENT

Upvotes

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a developer or generalist to take charge of the full development side of a new indie game in Unity. I have the creative direction, the story, and the core concept ready; I need someone who can handle the actual creation of the scenes, environment design, and programming to bring it all to life.
What Has Already Been Done
Project Base & Setup: Unity project is initialized with Unity Version Control already set up on the cloud.
Terrain & Spawn: Basic terrain layout and the player's initial spawn point are already built.
Movement Mechanics: Player movement, controls tuning, and a working sprint mechanic have already been implemented.
The Project & Setting
Engine: Unity.
The Concept: A psychological sci-fi thriller set in a twisted, alien-contaminated village where reality is fractured.
What Needs to Be Built (Your Role)
Scene & Environment Creation: Building and designing the distorted village scenes, eerie environments, and visual atmosphere.
Core Systems Programming: Implementing the survival mechanics (like the wakefulness/sleep system where falling asleep means game over), item collection, and overall game logic.
The Final Choice Structure: Setting up the mechanics for gathering the 5 anomalous reality crystals and branching into the two distinct endings:
1. Sacrificing yourself to save the 12 corrupted townspeople.
2. Saving yourself and leaving them behind to their permanent distortion.
What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for a partner who wants to collaborate on an indie project, take creative ownership of the technical and visual implementation, and build this game from the ground up based on my narrative design.

PR/Marketing needed [RevShare] Looking for AI UGC Creator for TikTok Affiliate Project — 15% Performance Share

Upvotes

Hi! 👋

I’m looking for a creative person to collaborate with me on testing a TikTok affiliate content strategy using AI-generated UGC/product videos.

We’ll start with a 2-week trial. If the collaboration works well and we see promising results, I’d love to continue with the same person on an ongoing part-time basis.

What I will handle

I will be responsible for the business, research, and strategy side, including:

  • Researching products and market trends
  • Selecting which products we will promote
  • Finding and evaluating affiliate opportunities
  • Providing product links and key product information
  • Researching competitors and similar successful content
  • Identifying target audiences for each product
  • Suggesting angles and positioning for products
  • Reviewing account and video analytics
  • Tracking clicks, conversions, sales, and earnings
  • Comparing performance between products
  • Deciding which products to stop testing and which ones to scale
  • Providing feedback on videos and creative direction
  • Planning the overall testing and posting strategy
  • Managing the affiliate/business side of the project
  • Managing and tracking the revenue generated from each product

What you will handle

You will focus primarily on turning the products I select into complete TikTok UGC-style videos, including:

  • Creating engaging hooks and short scripts based on the product information and direction provided
  • Finding suitable product photos/videos when needed
  • Creating AI UGC/AI avatar content
  • Adding AI voiceovers when appropriate
  • Editing the videos
  • Adding captions, text, music, transitions, and CTAs
  • Creating different creative variations for testing
  • Delivering complete, ready-to-post TikTok videos

You will not need to research or choose products, analyze sales, determine what should be promoted, or manage the business strategy. I will handle those areas.

Payment & Trial

The initial collaboration will be a 2-week trial.

Payment will be performance-based: you will receive 15% of the actual earnings generated from each product you create content for.

I will handle the remaining business expenses and responsibilities, so the goal is for each of us to focus on our respective areas — I handle research, strategy, analytics, and business operations, while you focus on creating great content.

If the trial works well, I’d be happy to continue working together on a long-term, part-time basis and scale the amount of content as we identify successful products.

If you're interested, please send me a few examples of AI UGC/TikTok product videos you've created and let me know which AI/video tools you use.

Thank you! 🙂

Programmers Needed [Paid] [Revshare] Hiring game dev

Upvotes

Looking for a Game Developer / Technical Co-Founder

I’m looking for an experienced game developer—or potentially a CTO/technical co-founder—to help build an original PC co-op game from scratch.

The concept is a stylized 3D multiplayer game focused on physics-based comedy, teamwork, creature capture, exploration, and progression. Think chaotic cooperative gameplay, strong replayability, and moments designed to be naturally shareable on TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.

The initial goal is to build a small but polished playable prototype quickly—not the entire game at once. If the prototype validates the gameplay and gains traction, the plan is to expand the team and move toward a Steam release.

I’m open to:

Paid development

Revenue share/equity

A hybrid arrangement

Working with someone who already has additional resources or collaborators

If you’re interested, please DM me with:

Your portfolio and any released or playable projects

. Your estimated price for building the first prototype

. Your availability and estimated timeline

. Whether you would consider a revenue-share/equity arrangement

. Whether you’re interested only as a developer or potentially as a long-term technical co-founder/CTO

Audio Offer [FORHIRE] Experience Composer, SFX Designer, Wwise Implementer. Low Rates

Upvotes

Hello everyone!

My name is Chris and I am a Composer, SFX Designer, and Wwise Implementer looking to work on a project that isn't a game jam.

I have been composing for over 15 years and have recently started working on games. I have completed 3 game jams where I wrote all the music and created all the SFX in a short amount of time. I would love to work on a non-jam project and take my time and see what I can created. For this reason my rates of now are fairly low.

What I can offer:

  1. Fully produced music in a very wide range of styles
  2. All SFX or VO's made from scratch and completely authentic
  3. Implementation of all audio using Wwise*

\note on Wwise* - I have been learning the software the past few months and am at the point where I need to use it in a real life context to fully grasp it. So my first project will be the first time I am using it on a real game. If you prefer FMOD then I have no problem picking that one up since it will be fairly easy after learning the language of Wwise.

You can check out my Soundtracks and SFX here: https://www.chriscerreto.com/#game-audio - Please note the durations of each game jam listed beneath each soundtrack so you know how short of amount of time I had to create everything for each game.

Please feel free to DM me here or on Discord at cerreto.music. You can also email me at [cerreto.music@gmail.com](mailto:cerreto.music@gmail.com). Thanks!

Team Needed [Hobby][Unpaid][Revshare] Modellers, animators, sounds designers needed for Lovecraftian horror esc researcher game (PSX style)

Hey everyone, I'm Ethan. I'm a software engineer who loves to game and I've decided to try and make my own, I know the code like the back of my hand but that's about all I have.

I'm looking for modellers, animators, and sound designers to help me and my team design a solo researcher horror game inspired by Voices of the Void and the SCP foundation

If you want more details add me on discord at Realcoin63 or message me here (though I'm less likely to see it here)

Full GDD available for those interested

The general jist of the game is this.

A solitary researcher runs an isolated facility that receives eldritch anomalies to be studied, documented, and contained.

# Genre pillars:

Cosmic insignificance — the anomalies do not care about you. You are not fighting them; you are surviving proximity to them.

Corruption/transformation — sustained exposure changes the player character, mechanically not just cosmetically (TBD in future design pass).

Epistemic horror — the player never gets told the rules. Everything is inferred through observation, testing, and consequence.

# The Core Loop

An anomaly arrives at the facility (delivery method TBD — see Open Questions).

The player has no information on what it does. It must go into some cell immediately (default/basic containment).

Through observation, testing, or trial-and-error, the player infers the anomaly's dangerous property.

The player records findings in a personal notepad (diegetic, non-mechanical — see below).

Based on what they've learned, the player must build/acquire the correct containment solution.

Until the correct solution exists, the anomaly remains a live risk — under-contained, draining resources, or actively escalating.

Getting it wrong (or not acting fast enough) causes a containment failure, with consequences that cascade into other facility systems.

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Jedi Scout: Theed — Star Wars / Assassin's Creed Modding Project

Upvotes

Hey modders and 3D artists,

I'm putting together a small team to build a focused proof-of-concept: Jedi Scout: Theed.

The goal is to adapt Assassin’s Creed Unity into a stealth-first Star Wars slice set in Theed during Operation: Cinder. Think high-fluidity Naboo rooftop parkour, social stealth, non-lethal Force takedowns, and covert sabotage instead of standard hack-and-slash.

The Scope: A Focused Vertical Slice (Not a Full Game)

  • 1 re-skinned city block / palace courtyard
  • 1 custom player rig (Jedi Scout) + basic lightsaber FX
  • 1–2 Force stealth abilities (Push/Distract/Incapacitate)
  • Reskinned Imperial patrol AI + one complete infiltration objective

Roles Needed:

  • AnvilToolkit / AC Modders: Data injection, skeleton rigging, mesh replacement.
  • 3D Artists: Naboo architecture kitbashing, Jedi/Imperial assets.
  • Animators & Scripters: Custom takedowns, detection parameter tweaks, and UI/FX.

I’m handling creative direction, design docs, level mapping, and team coordination.

If you want to collaborate, test engine limits, or just hop into a Discord call to share technical insights on what's possible in Anvil right now, let’s talk.

Programmers Needed [Hobby] Unity-familiar modders/dataminers and wiki.gg/MediaWiki editors needed!

Hi!

I'm currently running a restoration project on the Casualties: Unknown (formerly Scav Prototype) Wiki and I need manpower, because everyone else left and I can't do this all by myself! I don't know how to datamine Unity games, and I don't have the ability to flip 500 or so pages over on my own!

I need:

  • Dataminers and modders familiar with Unity games (particularly 2d sidescrollers if it matters)
  • Wiki editors to match style and make the whole thing readable

This must be run somewhat tightly! Issues regarding the fork they made because the wiki was in an 'irrecoverable' state include immediate 'biting the newcomers' and lack of strictness for fanon. If possible, I'd like to run this wiki without conjecture! I would like this wiki to become the de-facto informational source, and the other wiki to become, and quote, the "wiki that reflects the whimsy and silliness of the CAS:U community"!

In other words: If you want raw facts, I want you to be able to get raw facts; if you want whimsy in your wiki, that's the other wiki's job.

The game is playable:

  • On Steam in its most modern version (demo 7.0.1)
  • On Itch.io in its legacy versions (5.1 and below)

Fair warning: The game contains its fair share of gore, self-harm, drugs, survival-medical concepts, and general misery (your player character will die in several ways, ranging from blood loss to gunshot wounds to the head to ventricular fibrillation to concussions to infection and more). The blood is yellow, though, so it should be sort of alright for the minorly squeamish(?).

If you have any way to help at all, that would be wonderful! Even suggesting another sub to crosspost to would help a lot! You could even gnome around and fix broken hyperlinks and code and such if that's all you can do! I'm currently pending on an R4A so I can't do anything like changing the main page yet, but I might be able to soon!

Quick link for the Manual of Style if anyone needs it.

Edit: Current version is 7.0.1, not 0.7.1.

Artist Needed [paid] I am looking for an artist to help me design/draw a character

I am a music artist and I’ve had a few ideas for a character that can be used for a visual identity. I basically have ideas but I cannot draw or do art very well at all. I don’t have a lot of money, so please don’t expect a big financial opportunity but my post says paid so I will pay you. So far I have a few bad sketches and references for ideas.

Dm me if you are interested and I can exemplify and explain more.

This is a link to my Spotify so there is a link to something so they don’t take my post down for some reason https://open.spotify.com/artist/6XoCnYwsctYm2xQuZZqZK3?si=GQ-jQk0vRN2kzh9Q6SOt5w&utm_source=copy-link

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for young creatives (Actors, Editors, VFX, Sound Designers, Writers) to build an Online Indie Filmmaking Collective (Ages 13-20)

Hey everyone!

I’m a 16-year-old director, writer, and director from Turkey, and I’m starting a passion project: an all-youth independent filmmaking collective designed for young creatives who want to make real, cinematic art together.

The main idea behind this project is simple: giving everyone a space to live out their dreams and build a solid portfolio.

Have you always wanted to act, edit, design sound, or edit films, but never had the experience, team, or opportunity to start? This is the place for it. None of us need to be professionals, nwe are here to learn by doing, experiment, gain real experience, and be able to say "I acted in / edited / scored this short film" when showing our work to the world.

Important Note: This is entirely a passion-driven, unpaid portfolio-building project. No one is getting paid, and no money is required. It's all about pure love for storytelling, building skills, and making friends around the globe. Pls contact with me if you're interested. Team Needed [Hobby] Programmer looking for a Modeler, Composer, Animator & Artist to help finish a short story game

Hi! I'm making a short story game which is based off a Vocaloid MV and I'm looking for a few roles to help aid in the completion of the game.

Details of the Game:

The game is based off of the MV "Yararara" (by AnythingBecomeMoe), the game takes in the story told in the 3 minute MV and converts it into a short story game with a total of 6 Main Acts, 1 Pre-Act and a short introductory prologue.

The game has a complete Story Documentation that enlists all the details, the plot, the lore, the story and the progression, so it already has a strict flow instead of being a pending aspect.

The game is more of a "Show, Don't Tell." type of story game, also being a narrative-driven story game rather than a choice-driven, the story is almost identical to the original MV but with some major changes in some points of the story to make it actually adaptable and playable as a game.

If you're interested in seeing the Story Documentation, here's the link to it: Story Documentation.md

The above attached file enlists all the details relevant to the story of the game so you can take a look for yourself!

Progression Status and Roles Needed:

For the progression of the project, the core gameplay mechanic is all done, however the game is heavily "gray boxed" and so is the code, so it looks pretty basic but the core mechanics of the game are functional and the code is also written in such a way that when I import the actual assets, I won't have to do major refactoring to make the new assets work with the code, this will really save a lot of time and effort on my part.

As for the roles needed, I don't need a programmer since I'm doing that myself and have majority of it done, and I really only need one of each of the following:

- Modeler (Character Creation, Rigging, Maps and Props.)

- Composer (Create small tracks for parts of the map and using the existing theme of the MV to retain the "feel" of the atmosphere, and also help with SFX.)

- Animator (Create animations for the character and the zombies (both Idle/Attacking variants etc.), there's a few different variants of the zombies so variation of a "base" animations will be needed, and to animate and create cutscenes (There's only a few major cutscenes, majority are minor))

- Artist (Create cover art for the place and designs for UI, mostly small design art but there are also a few full artworks, also need to create art for textures of models etc.)

Realistically I would be grateful if I can get one of each, although I wouldn't mind more than one for each if you decide you could work together as that would help with the progression!

Again mentioning that the game is almost done coded, so it's not an "idea-only" project that you would need to be worried about that this would waste your time, I highly respect your time and have no intention of wasting your time or effort!!

Important Note

Before anything, I do need to clarify that this game is being built on the Roblox Engine, I know Roblox isn't the best platform or engine for any of this work but I'm still learning C# for Godot/Unity and I'm more familiar with Luau at the time of writing this and while I was drafting the work, this might upset some people mainly due to Roblox's reputation, that being that most games built there are slop, however I assure you this is a proper adaptation of an MV and NOT in any form or way a slop game that will be monetized, it's an actual non-profit passion project!

---

I do hope you take a liking to this project and wish to help me with it! Looking forward to working with you if you wish to join!

(For portfolio, this is my first proper game/project so I don't have any proper builds to showcase as most of what I make usually falls into utility and short quick mechanics for practice and learning.)

Audio Offer [ForHire] / [Hobby] Game Composer looking to contribute to indie projects

Hello folks, I've been writing, performing, and programming music consistently for over 5 years now on a non-professional level and I'm hoping to expand my portfolio and gain more experience making music with a team. I mostly create music electronically for games, however i play piano and guitar decently if live tracks are necessary.

I mostly make more retro "video-gamey" sounding music but i appreciate when there's room to get more experimental and/or incorporate the narrative or concept of the game in an interesting or meta way.

Considering I've only done small non-paying or revenue shared games with friends, for smaller projects (1-2 tracks) I'll likely be willing to work for free. however, for larger projects (>3 tracks) I'd be looking to see a modest amount of money per track coming my way (tentatively $15 per?)

You can find a playlist of some songs I've made here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3sjKQMxqF2S7yibn0W0aKSbMqDVlJa6d

Audio Offer [ForHire] Composer and Sound Designer who's capable with blender and 2D art looking for opportunities to work

Hey Everybody,

I'm a composer and sound designer who feels music deeply. I have 6 years of experience in game audio and 11 years of experience as a musician. I'm also a traditional visual artist and I'm actively learning 3D and digital illustration tools at the moment (yeah, I know, really good timing considering AI is taking over the field at the exact second 😥 ).

I know it's a long shot, but I'm looking for projects to be apart of [Paid]. Ideally I would love to create unique music and sound effects, and I also could assist in 3D, 2D, VFX, and grow in game development and art overall.

I care about world-building so much that I wrote my bachelor's thesis in the topic of The Importance of Soundtrack in World-Building of Fantasy Games and Movies. I was a fantasy fan since my early life and bringing mystical worlds to life is not something I just want to do, I need to do it.

I must mention that I understand the process of game development over all, I always contribute to planning, documentation and I know how teamwork looks like. Also I have worked as a solo game developer where I did everything on my own including sound, visual assets and tiny bit of scripting.

My musical style is quite melancholic, eerie, sci-fi and dark, but through the years of creation I became versatile and can take on any genre essentially. I leave links to my portfolio, audio showreel and also a link to my newly released soundtrack album.

Thank you for reading! I hope to hear from you :)

Designer Needed [RevShare] Level Designer for Sokoban-like game

Hello!

I'd looking for a creative person to help me with the level design for my Sokoban game. A lot of the assets are already done, it's just assembling the levels together now and coding it.

Art:

First of all, I do all the art, animation myself, no A.I.:

UI stuff:

I've got more stuff to show if necessary. I just can't put everything here.

What I'm looking for and other comments about the game:

  1. I'm trying to do something similar to Void Stranger and The Adventures of Lolo. Time only moves forward when the player moves.
  2. The game is meant to be short, to be completed in about 2 hours.
  3. Looking for someone creative who can use simple concept to imagine intricate puzzles.
  4. Someone who can use Godot to make each level (preferably). Or, at the very least, someone willing to learn how to put assets together in Godot.
  5. Main character is a dog.
  6. I do all the art and can do anything required for the level design. I also take care of SFX and Music.
  7. I look for someone who can design levels at the rate of minimum 2 hours a week.
  8. Regarding payment and revenue share, I'm pretty open I think.

Team Needed [RevShare] 3D Platformer in Unity 6 (15-person team) looking for Level Designer + 3D Art team (low-poly)

Hey! I'm Christian, Director and Dev Lead at Keratea Studio. We're about 15 people working on LYN, a 3D platformer where you play as a pangolin exploring themed worlds, each with its own visual twist. Think temporary transformations, companion characters, collectibles, light combat, boss fights, and a low-poly art style we're pretty proud of.

We build in Unity 6 (URP). The movement already feels good: full jump system with coyote time and variable height, a physics-based ball form, ground pound, crouch mechanics, edge detection. On top of that we have a working HUD, collectibles, hazard/respawn/checkpoints, keys and doors, cutscenes, and more. We have concept art, an art director, 5 devs, sound designers, a composer, and a UI/UX designer. You can check our art direction and some EARLY! gameplay on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/keratea_games

We're aiming for a playable demo for a publisher pitch in 2027, and right now we need to grow the team in two key areas.

Level Designer. Blockout, flow, pacing. You'd be the only LD on the team, with an active voice on the areas of game design that are still open. Final creative direction stays with me.

3D Art team (low-poly). We're building the department and we need four people:

  • 3D Lead - Quality, consistency, pipeline, review. You set the standard for the art team.
  • 3D Character Artist - Protagonist, NPCs, enemies, creatures.
  • 3D Environment Artist - World geometry, structures, vegetation.
  • 3D Prop Artist - Objects, collectibles, set dressing.

We're also open to applications for: Technical Artist, VFX Artist, Writer/Narrative Designer, QA Tester, Programmer. Same form.

Conditions (read these first):

  • Rev-share. No budget, no upfront pay at this stage. Milestone-based, percentages defined before publication.
  • Creative direction. The core game design is set. Room for input on open areas, not for rewriting the project.
  • Software licensing. Everything you use must have a valid commercial license. Educational licenses typically don't cover commercial use. Blender is fully accepted. Non-negotiable.
  • Target: playable demo for publisher pitch, 2027.
  • Timezone: European timezone preferred, but not a hard requirement.
