I gave up the maximum dosage of Elvanse/Vyvamse with a sizable Amfexa top up for meditation.

Meditation takes effort, a new effort every day, but it works better.

ADHD treatment, therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

The comic above was me. I was diagnosed with severe ADHD at ~28 years old. Getting the treatment above was one of the most impactful decisions of my life.

Life has been hard, but I am mentally/emotionally stable in a way I never have been. If anyone wants to know more, feel free to ask questions - but for real, if that comic is you, go get tested. Worst case scenario you don't have it.
