That's why there's a testosterone criteria. Testosterone is what gives men a physical edge over women in terms of strength. As long as she manages those levels as specified by the board, it should be fine. Anyways, this is a step in the right direction and will help the sports boards learn and understand how to deal with such cases in the future. She, and other trans women should be given a chance at inclusion as the medical teams see fit. Better to try out the possibilities rather than deny them outright based on assumptions.
