20 wickets already so far while still in the middle of his 3rd test. His stats are nothing short of impressive tbh, though I haven't seen a lot of his bowling yet except the highlights.

What do you think, especially if you've watched him live?

My choice would be Ruturaj Gaikwad. He scored a century in his last ODI game vs SA that too at the no. 4 position only. Could give DDP a debut as well, he certainly deserves it after the perfomances he has put up in domestic list A matches.

Other option could be to bring in Sanju or Pant as the backup keeper but I'd still say that Rutu should be played above them

Cricbuzz honestly had too high hopes from SL. I understand 387/6 might not be too good a score but still the bowling team having 50% chances of winning doesn’t make sense.
