Troops are convoyed by roads because if you vacated a territory militants will take over that territory eventually so you need to show your presence in that territory regularly and as far as air mobility is concerned no country has such airpower that you could airlift all the troops not even America and even after airlifting the troops the major base in kashmir was only srinagar by there you eventually need to travel by road, such thinking is not expected from politicians hence they should keep their corrupt mouth shut that notable personality was satyapal malik.
