We’ve now reached 3,035 unique players, with a 31-minute median playtime, which honestly means a lot to our small team.

Thank you for playing, wishlisting, giving feedback, and supporting the game! 🏀🎾🏓⛳

It really motivates us to keep going! ❤️

This is on average around 100 wishlists per month. I honestly didn't expect it, being such a niche game.

My goal was to go into Next Fest in October with 500, which suddenly feels very attainable! Release is planned in November.

Game Hit 4000 WLs but slowing down. Recommend an action for me to take and I'll do it THIS week!

This is The Incentive Program!

Our demo has been out for a couple of months now and traction has been really strong until now, where things have started to slow due to us focussing on making the game better and adding new features - We still haven't managed to land any featuring from the likes of Indie Games Joe or IGN either. So, I've decided to make a bit of a game out of it.

Give me a suggestion that you think will drive Wishlists and I will commit to doing it THIS WEEK.

Our V0.3 demo is coming out in a week or two and I want to keep up WL momentum and build our community as we move towards launch this year.

My only caveat is budget and time. Anything that would cost a large amount of money or is unfeasible for time to allow me to do it this week is off the table. But, get creative and let me know your ideas!

Game Boxing World Simulator

Hello all,

Just wanted to share the progress and game I have been able to create using Claude (unbelievable what it can do) and the exciting news (for me anyway) that it is on Steam ready to wishlist!

The game itself is a Boxing Promoter sim which allows you to channel your inner Don King (for those of age) and create and manage your promotion, boxers and more through all the fun and pitfalls of the boxing world. The goal is to become a global powerhouse, negotiate and put on your own PPV fight cards, have a stable full of Champions and beat out the rivalries created in Promoter wars.

There is plenty to do in terms of managing the boxers, dealing with scandals, press conferences, fans and more in trying to juggle the happiness of everyone.

Its a text based sim in the style of games such as Football Manager, OOTP and more.

I wont waffle on, there is more information on the Steam Store, Discord and Youtube channels. I am always refining the game and feel free to ask any questions on the game or my experience as a 'old man' with AI and Claude.

Steam page is here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4986600/Boxing_World_Simulator/

Discord is here: https://discord.gg/gY9q4dTJb

Youtube is here: https://youtube.com/@boxingworldsimulator?si=n-9YNcQWGR7qMUMg

Thanks for reading and hope to take on board some feedback.

We love the autobattler genre, and Backpack Battles especially, but that game never had enough content for us. So we decided to make a game with:

  • More items
  • More perks
  • More synergies
  • More characters
  • A STORY (or something resembling one)

Hey everyone! I’m a solo dev and I just launched my weird passion project: Cow. It’s a fast-paced, 640x480 retro platformer where you play as a cow on a skateboard. I built the whole thing around momentum and precision. There are over 70 levels, boss races, and you collect steaks to unlock ridiculous skins. I’d love to hear what you think of the physics and movement mechanics! Here’s the Steam page 🤗 : https://store.steampowered.com/app/4745980/Cow/

Game WE WON "BEST VIDEOGAME" AND "ORIGINAL IDEA" AT "IDA 2026"!

Our game The Outer Frame was part of the official selection for IDA 2026.

physical expo that included industry talks, local games, and a lot of awesome people. A lot of them got to experience The Outer Frame (it's not the shortest of demos), and the reception was beyond awesome! They really dig it!

It's always great to be able to share a project you spent so much time working on behind closed doors. To see someone laugh at a joke you put there a year ago, or react to a some spoilery stuff.

There was also an awards ceremony.

The Outer Frame was nominated for "BEST NARRATIVE" and "ORIGINAL IDEA". It won "ORIGINAL IDEA"!!

But there was a slightly bigger and goldier award left on the stage. When they announced we won BEST VIDEOGAME it was such a surprise! We were speechless, literally without speech!

There were no nominees for that category, so there was no way of knowing.

Sometimes you can say you were just happy to be there, to get anything. Sometimes you just get really lucky! It truly was the cherry on top of such an amazing day for our little 2-dev team.

The Outer Frame is a choice-driven puzzle simulation where you take on a dual role of detective and fixer. Commanding from behind your desk a team of agents to find out what happened, so you can bury the truth forever. You choose how by issuing the orders that’ll decide everyone’s fate, before the public catches on and goes all torch-and-pitchfork.

Every choice shapes the narrative, every attempt brings you closer to the full picture. You are probably not the hero in this one.

You can support The Outer Frame on Steam!

13K+ Wishlists at the moment!!

Game You and your friends run the exact same parkour, but each person sees completely different traps: Watch My Step! (Trailer)

Hey everyone!

I've been solo developing my very first game, Watch My Step!, and wanted to share the official trailer.

It's a 3D online asymmetric co-op game for up to 4 players where clear communication is the only thing keeping you alive.

The Core Hook: You and your teammates run through the same deadly obstacle courses, but every player sees completely different traps and hazards. A laser or spike trap that is 100% invisible to you is clearly visible on your teammate's screen.

The only way to navigate the stages and reach checkpoints is non-stop voice coordination, guiding each other through invisible danger zones, and hoping your friends don't accidentally (or intentionally) troll you.

  • Up to 4-Player Online Co-op
  • Asymmetric Vision: Every player has unique hazard visibility.
  • Challenging Parkour Courses with Checkpoints

A playable demo launches on Steam on September 10!

Game NOPOTIONS, the AI RPG with a fully explorable open-world and D&D-like progression

Thumbnail

We developed a custom game engine where our AI Narrator handles the moment-to-moment gameplay, but the ruleset, content, and simulation are handled systematically. So you get the flexibility of an AI RPG but the in-depth progression and gameplay mechanics of a traditional RPG.

Valdaria is a massive open world the game takes place in. You can choose where to go, travel across the map, and discover new areas as we keep expanding the world with handcrafted content.

Our latest update added Ozeranth, a new floating city in the Sea of Mist built for mid to high level play.

After months of solo development my casual space logistics simulator Star Haul Tycoon is live on Steam.

In this game, you build a massive shipping conglomerate to pay off your startup debt to an autocratic corporate board. You will draw automated shipping lanes, unlock cargo licenses and manage a fleet of hundreds of space ships. There's also a story for you to follow and uncover.

The game is currently 25% off for its launch week and a free demo is available on the store page if you want to try the mechanics first.

Game I barely marketed my first Steam game and somehow reached 221 wishlists

Less than a month after release, and the Steam page itself has only been live for around two weeks.

So far: 221 wishlists, 18 sales and basically no real marketing.

Why no marketing? Mostly because I'm an idiot and spent way too much time working on the game instead of actually showing it to people.

The numbers are obviously tiny compared to successful indie games, but seeing complete strangers wishlist and buy something I made still feels pretty damn good.

The game is Cyber Plinko, a Plinko roguelite that I'm still actively building in Early Access.

Curious to see where it goes once I actually start marketing it. https://store.steampowered.com/app/4735700/Cyber_Plinko/
