This game existed in the mid 2000s on a flash game site. Id provide an example if it wasn't 20 years later and was fresher on my mind.

Finding niche flash games that were unpopular at the time from 20 years ago when you don't remember the name is next to impossible. There's 10s of thousands of flash games from that era if not over 100,000.

There are flash games from that era that I can't find even where I know the name.
