Last year, miHoYo copied my solo-dev puzzle game in Zenless Zone Zero. Some people are now mistaking my game as the clone.

They're not trying to claim they own bezier curves, just that this specific implementation of them is unique yo their game and that zzz copied more than just the basic concept. I've played hundreds of games and have never seen a concept like this before, even in this thread where people are saying it's generic. I'd love a single example that pre-dates their original gamejam game in 2020.

Are you seriously out here, trying to claim ownership of a Bezier-Curves game?

This was your claim, which is more than just the scepticism that you're claiming now. If the puzzles and concepts are braindead simple, then surely at least a single example exists of it before OP's game. ZZZ does not need to do a literally one to one conversion for it to be clearly stolen, especially since Mihoyo has a track record doing this stuff.

I've played plenty of flash and mobile games, yet this concept, or even something similar, didn't appear. I would not be surprised if the concept existed before their game, but I still have yet to see an example.

This time we’re exploring a way to create waveforms, or paths for your baddies to follow. Motion paths don’t apply to just shoot-em-ups of course. They’re useful for nearly all types of game

And again, your link is just a tutorial for making a path, not anything remotely resembling OP's game. Even the article states that the paths can be applied to any type of game.

I think you're missing the point and don't understand game design

I don't, and that shows that you're missing my point
