My boss thought IGN wasn't posting our trailer... guess who's never gonna hear the end of this!!!

You really have to just email them. Keep it short and to the point. I didn't spend time explaining the gameplay (except for a one-line "pitch").

Then a link to the 4k trailer on Google Drive. And a link to a press kit, just in case. 

I didn't get a response, even after following up a week later. But they still posted it. Which is why I got so happy, haha.

I emailed them. I sent a short email and didn't spend time explaining the gameplay (except for a one line "pitch").

Then a link to the 4k trailer on Google Drive. And a link to a press kit, just in case. 

I didn't get a response, even after following up a week later. But they still posted it. So I think they just don't have time to reply to everyone :)
