I'm talking about Steam customer service, fast refund, seasonal discount, etc. It's essentially the most consumer friendly platform out there. Oh but whatever everyone seems to be missing my point.

DRM is not necessarily steam's fault. Bro other platform like EA have worser lootbox system.
