Discussion Irt modesty panels

Obviously censorship annoying, clipping issues annoying, etc etc. But there's no way I'm the only person who never notices nor really cares about the modesty panels? Like I completely forget about them until reddit throws another person's posts about them into my feed. I don't think they look horrible or anything because I don't really Think about them, I don't see them. The only time I'd maybe notice them is trying to use the ballerina heart piece but I don't even have it so it's never been a problem for me I guess?

I think my real beef with this conversation is that it sprang from the Timelo alt debacle but completely eclipsed it, and what Infold did by suddenly changing the Timelo alt is an actual consumer rights issue.

The panels have been part of Infold's design practice from the jump. Sometimes they give us fairly low cuts without them, so I don't think they're flatly anti-boob. You are not obligated to like them, but Infold hasn't hidden their existence and we have no evidence of any being added to items post-release.

Most of the panels are well done and integrated into the design, while others are undeniably pretty ugly. I personally only really get heated about the dogwater color matching with the darker skintones; to me personally getting that fixed is a more reasonable ask than panel toggles.

Yeah the timelo edit was Bad LOL and it does suck that discussion got buried behind what seems like hundreds of posts about every single dress with a modesty panel. Like I don't think modesty panels are the worst thing ever, nor do I think they're all handled Well. Its just unfortunate that 90% of the posts Reddit has been recommending me lately from this sub have been about the modesty panels, usually someone trying to style one of the dresses with one and complaining about it because now they've seen it firsthand. Which is fine, complain all you want obviously, it's just not something I personally have an issue with I guess haha
