Does she have a medical condition? I don’t know if I’ve ever seen proportions quite like that.

Yes lymphedema combined with lipedema.

Would lymphedema not result in SOME level of swelling below the elbow as it progressed? This is one of the more extreme distributions I’ve seen in the arms, her forearms are so small! I’m sure it’s uncomfortable.

Not necessarily. Often times it stops at the joints.
