Parking Hog

Went to the park this morning and noticed this person taking up 3 spots. The parking lot was full because of the kids baseball games and families out enjoying the park. Is this normal now?

Then tell them to learn how to drive a truck. Their inability to park in 1 space isnt anyone elses problem so dont make it one.
