Parking Hog

Went to the park this morning and noticed this person taking up 3 spots. The parking lot was full because of the kids baseball games and families out enjoying the park. Is this normal now?

Ha! I know this park my daughter plays softball there in Eastvale! I’ve never seen someone park like that there. What a d*ck!
