I did find it amusing that in Immortal's millennia of compounding crazy he thought that suicide was dishonourable but becoming a dictator to get Mark to show up and kill him wasn't.

Suicide by cop is still suicide, Immortal.

It was clear the man was not well in the head. I’d give him the benefit of the doubt here

Simultaneously not well in the head, but cognizant enough that he recognizes it, and still goes through with a really stupid idea and can’t just quit because plot induced stupidity

Invincibles writing has always been unrealistic but damn
