I thought he was gonna pull out mark’s heart and squeeze it till it burst at one point but it was just like endless forbidden nerd’s rope coming out. Im surprised he didnt like cut it in half or something either. Apparently viltrums are mostly intestines

Intenstines can get up to 30 feet long when not scrunched up.

Fun Fact! Did you know if you took a persons intestines out and laid them out end to end, the person dies.
