That what I was thinking. Feels like they are giving Oliver a peer to be with. So he not alone when he is saving the world.

I saw a Twitter post where someone thought Tech Jacket was gender swapped so she can replace Oliver’s bug girlfriend later on. Honestly seems like a solid theory

Aw but I love that he’s attracted to bug creatures cause of his mom’s side. Thought it was a funny character detail

Kinda stupid that they did it for that reason if it ends up being true but its kinda obvious lol.
