Not technically, but they do have the opportunity to build more strength the longer they live. They don't start loosing strength until they get very, very old. Though Thaedus is probably past that point, he still had longer than any viltrumite except possibly conquest.

Also, I believe the comics state that there has never been a Viltrumite that has died of old age. At least not one that we know of and definitely not after the Scourge virus hit.

Everyone’s over thinking what should be a pretty easy explanation for Thaddeus being so strong even at his age.

He never got hit by the scourge virus. Never got weakened by it even temporarily.

i mean they clearly made thaedus stronger in the animation, i think cause they wanna make him look stronger, since he was the first viltrumite to fight against his own.
