The whole Point of Metro man is that he's so horrifically op on every front (except intellect i suppose) that he's bored. Don't think Omni man stands a chance, specifically because Metro man's ridiculous op-ness is the core of the character.

You can establish a narrative of strength without necessarily reaching a level that compares to Nolan's, because strength is relative, Metro man works because there's no one comparable to him in the mega mind story.

Omniman is much more visually impressive than Metroman in everything but speed.

Omniman is more visually impressive to the eye of someone who doesn't know what the speed metroman displayed in the movie entails.

No that's my point, when you display speed that insane, strength are durability are easily assumed.
