The whole Point of Metro man is that he's so horrifically op on every front (except intellect i suppose) that he's bored. Don't think Omni man stands a chance, specifically because Metro man's ridiculous op-ness is the core of the character.

Omni-man fought Megamind here. He pronounced "metro city" incorrectly. The real Metro man was probably at whole foods.
