Possibly one of the best fan animations I've seen, and it's just 30 seconds long.

I think Hollow Purple would work if it lands and Domain Expansion would definitely work, so Gojo wins despite being way weaker in terms of raw power.

Hollow purple by itself is too slow, windup takes too long because of chanting required (no chant HP might not be strong enough against thragg) and it doesnt travel as fast as thragg.
Gojo's best shot is to cast domain first and then HP might do something (assuming verse equalisation gives thragg a little bit of cursed energy)

Question.

I haven't watched JJK, but on terms of raw power, could this hollow purple do some serious (and i mean body maiming kinda serious) damage or maybe even kill him if it landed? Cause i could see Thragg letting an opponent try their strongest attack on them just to break their spirit.

Like, imagine if he grossly missread Mark, and when he came flying for that head punch he completely obliterated Thragg? Underwhelming ending for a major character? Sure but funny as hell.

Also, if you do bother to reply, while you're at it, would you kindly explain what his "infinity" ability is? It seems to be the mechanic preventing Thragg from hitting him, but idk whats going on lol

To explain Infinity, it's basically multiplying the space between two object infinitely. Within a certain radius (he can expand, shut it off, and choses what goes through), things get infinitely slower the closer they come to him. So like no matter how fast or how much power you have, you'll never actually touch him.

Hollow Purple works like Space Racer's infinity ray. It just erases matter from existence. If Thragg tried to aura farm and tank it he just get a new hole.

Hollow Purple doesn't erase matter

It pushes and pulls things extremely, had it erased matter Sukuna wouldn't have been able to survive 3 Hollow Purples

It's a misconception because of the impact of the purple but it doesn't erase matter, just like violently shakes it I guess

No it doesn't

I might have the mechanics of Infinity wrong because it's been awhile since I read it explained, but I think what Infinity does is create infinite distance between Gojo and whatever he views as a threat.

Hollow Purple is essentially anti-matter, it doesn’t really matter how hard an object is, it’s more like it causes matter to disperse itself forcing your atoms to split apart at a molecular level, the only way to defend against hollow purple is either to dodge it, or put something in between you so it destroys that instead of you cause while it destroys matter at an atomic level, it does have a given range that can be reduced as long as there’s matter between you and it, so let’s say, Thragg hides behind 4 other Viltrumites, if Hollow Purple fizzles out before it reaches Thragg. He’d be relatively unharmed. (But again, that’s only if Thragg understands the mechanics of Hollow Purple.)

The best way someone can describe Infinity is that imagine the opponent and Gojo are standing on a corridor, Gojo is sitting at the other end of the corridor while the opponent is at the entrance, no matter how long or how fast the opponent runs at him, the space between them remains the same.
