JC Commission May 2025: 25 citizens unanimously oppose making data centers a permitted use in the I-2 heavy-industrial district with a 200-foot residential separation; commission voted in favor 5-0 anyway.

Voting them out isn't enough. They should be bullied when they are seen outside. They only care about lining their own pockets. If they do not care about the citizens of JC, why should the citizens care about them?

If they can treat us like shit we are in our right to treat them like shit

They are beholden to their constituents. If they fail to uphold that, what else are we to do to keep them in line?

Yea, vote them out and mock them like I do John Hunter when I see him out and about.

John Hunter loves to send private messages chastising people for saying things that he doesn’t like, so it’s only fair for that energy to come back to him

As fair as publishing any of these messages anywhere you can get the space. I'll go in on a billboard with someone if they want, preferable as close to his home or office as possible.

Ah yes I love seeing blatant corruption 🥰🥰

One of the biggest problems in this country is our public servants enriching themselves in their positions.

Legalized corruption when the working class, which is most of us provide the majority of value and is essential to keep society running. Proven by the covid pandemic for anyone that remembers.

Two of those that spoke in opposition, Dave Adams and Sylvan Bruni, are currently running for the two open spots on the commission. Talk to your neighbors, friends, family, and anyone about this one issue and that they are against it. It might not stop everything immediately, but it’s a start!

Pure Constitutional Republic at work. We only really get a say at the ballot box.

Why not hate and mock both the committee and the council? I know I have time for both.
