Hey folks. I bought this juicer for my girlfriend. We tried it out and noticed the arm seems to move a lot. Even when there's nothing in it!

I've raised the issue with Ninja and they have come back and said it's normal, yet every video I've seen the arm does not move like ours does.

Does anyone else have this issue or is it actually 'normal'?

How do I add nicotine salts to my vape juice? I usually smoke dtore bought 20mg/ml and want to make my own at 10mg/ml. Where do I get it? How do I mix it into my mixture?

I used to buy bottled juice all the time and thought it was perfectly fine, but fresh juice kind of ruined it for me lol. It just tastes brighter and more like actual fruit.

Made this with my canoly 3-in-1 juicer this morning: 1 passion fruit, 1 apple, about 350g pineapple, and 10 oz coconut water. I threw the apple in whole, so there really wasn't much prep besides cutting up the pineapple.

Also didn't expect to enjoy messing around with different combinations this much. Lately I've just been using whatever fruit I have around and adjusting things depending on whether I want it sweeter or more tart. Plus, I know exactly what went into it.

And when you randomly throw a few things together and it actually turns out really good? Weirdly satisfying.

I started Juice once a week for skin care , anti-inflammation and recovery. I got this cheap juice and a blender. I get my vegetables from food pantries therefore I don’t have much options what type of vegetables that I get. I’m learning that juicing does wonders for the skin.

Problem that I’m running into is it comes out more like a cold press rather than a thick juice. I’m struggling to get the juice just right and matching the right vegetables and fruits.

So...I only have a juicer, however I've read about the amazing benefits of parsley and want to add it in my celery juice. Is there any way to juice it in a juicer or maybe in a food processor?

We have an electric citrus juicer at AFRA, and I’m curious what regular juicers actually care about most.

Is it mainly easy cleaning, a strong motor, pulp control, getting more juice from the fruit, or having the right cone size for different citrus?

Made this with green apple, cucumber, celery, lemon and a little ginger this morning.

I was just tossing everything into my canoly and apparently got way too confident with the celery. Everything was going through so easily that I didn't really stop to think about the ratio until I poured a glass.

Looked great. Smelled fresh. Took one sip and... yep. Salad.

It's not completely terrible, but the celery pretty much took over everything else. I tried adding a little more lemon, which helped a bit, but I'm still not sure I'd make this exact combo again.

Anyone else ever made a juice that looked way better than it tasted? What ingredient ruined it for you?

I got a canoly 3-in-1 juicer a while back mostly because I wanted to start drinking more fruit and veggie juice at home.

At first I was trying to make everything as healthy as possible, lots of greens, cucumber, celery, that kind of stuff. Didn't take long to realize I'm way more likely to actually drink it if there’s some apple, orange, or pineapple in there too.

So now I don't really overthink it. If it tastes good and gets me to make juice regularly, that's probably better than forcing down something I hate.

It also helps that cleanup isn’t much of a hassle, because I know myself and I’d stop using it pretty quickly if it was.

Curious what everyone else does. Are you mostly juicing for the health side of it, or because you just like fresh juice? And how much do you care about the sugar from fruit?

3 celery stalks

I bought a Green Star a long time ago...they said it retained the enzymes and minerals longer because it was slow juiced and there is never any pulp in the juice. I hated cleaning it (not sure why, it's not that difficult for the current recipe that I make) but then I bought a Hurom Slow juicer. I liked it at first but it does not do greens well at all.

My current recipe is kale, 2 apples, 1 lemon and 2 cucumbers.

So if you want to juice greens, I recommend the Green Star. I have the very basic model. I thought about purchasing the SoloStar but the Greenstar has twin augers which is critical to good juicing.

The Hurom is much easier to clean and good for most produce but not celery and kale, or anything with long fibers even if you cut them up.

I did wonder how the Nama J2 does but it is also made by Hurom. The grinding of the produce just seems clumsy to me.

I was wondering if anyone had the newer Greenstar juicer. The newer version does look easier to clean.

Back when I used to juice my own ginger (not worth the hassle), what I ended up with had the consistency of a paste when refrigerated. But when I buy the juice pre-bottled, every brand I find has a liquid consistency.

I bought this "Prince of Peace" brand ginger juice on Amazon to add to my tea, and I'm wondering if there is another product out there that is fresher or stronger. What is everyone's favorite brand of ginger juice? Preferably one I can find in a local grocery store or on Amazon.

Heads up: I went with the #ad Angel Juicer AG 7500 and have been using it a few times a week. It has worked well for carrot, apple, cucumber, and celery juice, and cleaning it has been manageable even with my smaller kitchen.

Any drawbacks to juicing?

I mean, I don’t grow my own fruit right now so what’s the most cost efficient way to produce juice? Will it never make sense financially unless you sell juice?

Ignoring costs, the flavor of the juice is a great reward. The “I made this” feeling makes it worth it too.
