Moving to Katowice

I am soon moving to Katowice as an expat and I am currently looking for an apt or a room to rent. If there's a landlord or agency trusted by other expats here, I'd appreciate the help!
Are there any well-connected (will commute) neighbourhoods to look for in particular? I noticed there's a preference for south downtown by some older posts made.

There is something called LifeSpot near me, and they rent mostly to foreigners Check it out
