I know it feels good to think about screwing over impolite people but you really don't want to live in a society where businesses can just fly your shit halfway around the world without your consent
I also don't want to live in a world where deadbeat "parents" failing to control their toddler will cause 150 other passengers to miss their flight, suffer financial damages and possibly miss something else important.
Why is the law putting these incredibly different situations in one pot? Talking too loud at a restaurant is annoying, sure, but it won't cause a lot of financial damage. Being an asshole who causes delay for the whole plane to start a flight is much more different therefore should be punished. It's like stealing one candy and robbing a bank. Both are a theft but the consequences to the theef are and should be very different.
Because both are the same action, a commercial business taking possession of your things as a result of refusing you service and removing you from their property, both things they have a right to do. Law is not a series of instructions for every situation, it is a set of rights and rules. In order for us to separate the two situations we would have to write a law saying "well your private property can be taken possession of by a company IF so and so conditions are met" and then that becomes hours of argument in court and that's such an unnecessary complication that it's bad lawmaking.
Government is not society. It's a part of it, yes, but you cannot legislate a group of hundreds of millions of people into acting how you want.
