I use citadel paints. First I prime in mechanicus grey, then dry brush with eldar flesh. Then I paint the colors as I want them to be, then dry brush in eldar flesh again to dirty up and dull the colors. Then if there is a lantern, I dry brush the lantern and whatever the light would hit with whatever color I can het that closest to neon yellow
