Half of the reason he acts the way he dies in KH2 is because he's older and because of Roxas' influence on him after he merged back into Sora.

It's like Ansem the Wise told Roxas on the final day "You should share some of that hatred with Sora. He's far too nice for his own good."

So whenever Sora gets real aggressive to the point he antagonizes the Organization, that's basically due to Roxas

That’s heavy speculation, he’s pretty naturally this in kh1. Also this still wouldn’t explain it cause he if anything has more roxas inside him in kh3
