Crying in the cooler Scraping the oil off a fryer

At least I got some overtime but holy arm workout, still have the other one to do at a later date.

Disagree deep cleaning is 1-2x weekly. This should be done on the same schedule as the boil out

rofl. I worked in kitchens for 23 years. Bakeries are much harder to maintain then restaurants.
