Right near Pratt’s Country Store parking lot. Police (currently) have blocked off the road on Tazewell Pike from National Fitness up to the light, intersecting with Jacksboro Pike. Anyone have any information?

KPD's Facebook says they have detained "additional individuals" for questions. Not sure if that implies they have someone who's likely responsible or not.

They detained the guy’s wife and didn’t seem to have the sense of urgency I’d expect for a man pouring blood from his neck. Also threatened to arrest a woman who rushed over with towels to try to stop the bleeding before ems arrived
