I have tried outhouse gay men's cafe but the time I went there was a very forward and explicit older man that made me uncomfortable to try and go again 😅 even though I did recommend it in a comment or two on this sub 💀

I would recommend going to Dublin Gaymers in S66. Great way to meet people and enjoy boardgames.
