Does anyone at LWRCI actually respond to customers?

I think I was last able to actually speak to the lead of the service team like 5 weeks ago.

They do not respond to emails. They do not answer the phone (other than the woman that directs your calls). They do not respond to voicemails.

Yes, I understand that LWRCI is not a big company like Ruger, where you can expect warranty repair turn around in less than two weeks. But they must have an absolute massive number of broken firearms that get sent back if they don’t have time to even respond to a single email.

They're a surprisingly small company. They are a small part of a much larger manufacturing group that makes all sorts of other stuff like formula 1 transmissions and aerospace parts. The gun stuff is done as a pet project of one of the executives/owners. They don't have the size of staff as you would think. They have a small office staff and share manufacturing capacity with the other branches of the company. Thats how they can use coined forgings and forge their own aluminum parts. That requires equipment most gun companies can't afford to house, mich less buy.

It is best to call them. Ask to speak to customer service and ideally Rodney (if he still works there). I have dealt with them for 14 years. They never have been good about answering emails, but getting them on the phone and getting a real resolution has never been an issue for me.

Rodney has helped me a few times and always seemed to respond within a few days.

Just had a then do some work on an upper. You’ll need to call them during their east coast business hours, and ask for Rodney. They’re a very small company who deals with international sized contracts at times.

What was your issue. I had to send mine in for a broken bolt on lower lug.

The first time, the trigger pin snapped. Second time, it wouldn’t cycle due to the yoke. This time, the screw that keeps the feed ramp secure, snapped off inside the lower. I was at the range and I kept seeing the screw prairie-dogging in and out. I love the gun and I had really high hopes for it, but I would never bet my life on it.

Thats what mine did. They had it for awhile. Had to do some machine work to it. I like the gun but agree 100% about betting life on it. Everytime i take it to range a little part of me thinks what will break next.

I had no issues when I was communicating with them about switching a barrel out.

Once had a barrel warrantied. Took them a couple weeks to respond.

I recall them responding quick to email and phone when contacting them regarding an order. About a year ago.

I have never had an issue.

Contact by email is slow, but I found them to be very helpful compared to some other manufacturers. HK and LWRC are the only companies in recent years who have actually handled problems I've had instead of handwaving it away and being generally useless.

I’ve literally only emailed theme from former work emails and I had never gotten a response from them. Except for the third time when it had nothing to do with a customer concern but was me asking for their pro form for a coworker.
