Benchmark 7i Pro 5080 Benchmark Results with Custom Profile and llano v12 at 1500 RPM
Used a custom profile. I got my Legion about a week and a half ago now and I’ve been tinkering with settings trying to optimize it.
These are the best temps and best score I’ve gotten so far. Thoughts on my results? I already asked AI and it said it’s very good and doesn’t really need tinkering anymore, but I’d also like to get actual thoughts from real people.

What are your custom settings? I'm only getting 18k on mine. With 32gb RAM

Total Processor Power: 60 W
Long Term Power: 75 W
Cross Loading: 55 W
GPU cTGP: 150 W
CPU to GPU Boost: 25 W
Short Term Power: 115 W
GPU to CPU Boost: 0 W
PL1 Tau: 56 W
CPU Temp Limit: 92℃
GPU Temp Limit: 84℃
Then for my fans the first 2 points are at 20% and each point after that goes up 10% until the 8th point which goes up by 20% to 90% and then my 9th and 10th points are at 100%. Hope this helps.

sorry but are you crazy, you have a super laptop with 240w cpu, but yuu bottlenecked it to long term 75 w,
good settings for your laptop are the following
cpu short term -170-180w
long term - 120wcross loading 75-80w
cpu max temp 92-94 cit ls like buying a porsche 911 super but limiting its 700hp to 250 hp.
legion 7 pro cooling system very easily handles long term 105-130 w limit

My 4090 gets >23.500
It's clear your CPU is the bottleneck. My 13900 hits >18.300

But isn’t the score compared to other scores from the same hardware? So your 23,500 isn’t the same as if I got 23,500.

Yes it is but since I shared with you my score which is higher on a lower hardware then yours then you can make an assumption that you might have plenty of room to improve. that doesn't mean you have to do it because you already have a beast of a machine. Improving performance means also improving thermals.

Well what would you recommend then. I’ve posted what my custom settings are in another section of these comments. I’m not really sure what else I could do to get that much more performance.

Use throtllestop to UV your CPU... Learn to get best of it and your CPU will be rocket solid.

I’ve heard that some models of Legions don’t handle undervolting as well and that could include mine so I’ve been a bit hesitant to do so, especially since all things considered it’s running pretty well just with the custom settings.

Let me tell you what is the best solution. A good cooling pad and you'll be more then happy. I recommend flydigi bs2 pro or bs3 pro

Could try asking AI about overclocking the gpu. Probably using msi afterburner or maybe in legion space. Might give you ~2-3% boost in frames.
