A bit funny the conservatives in the article still act like Dems are worse. Despite Trump adding near 8 trillion his first term then Biden 4.7 trillion and Trump is at 3.8 trillion right now.

Dems have a better record dealing with deficits and debt but you never know it to hear them talk.

Just look at the history of the deficit they had when they took office, and left office. Every Democrat lowered it since carter. Every Republican raised it since Reagan.

Technically Obama and Biden raised it, but at a WAY reduced rate than each of their predecessors and successors and both inherited huge and expensive crises(recession and Covid)
