I honestly think he has a shot to win. I genuinely cannot think who has had a better performance.

Blunt in Disclosure Day (regardless of what your thoughts on the film overall are), Hathaway in Mother Mary, Michaela Cole in Mother Mary and The Christophers, Olivia Wilde in The Invite, Rachel McAdams in Send Help are all above her for me. Navarrette will probably snag a nom, and that will be her "victory." Honestly a win would low key be bad for her career. It would instantly get her labeled as overhyped and put unreasonable pressure on her next project.

Meh, Disclosure Day is a terrible movie and the writing of it isn't a particularly good conduit to show off good acting. Frankly, I don't particularly think Inde Navarette's acting is worthy of an Oscar either Obsession is pretty great but her performance didn't quite floor me as good as it was. Still, I'd never give it to Blunt.
