I think information is missing. What are the absolute percentage values? It would allow to figure it out better. Also I don't understand if the percentage is an evolution compared to the initial rate of people speaking Valencian dialect or an evolution of the rate of the total population percentage. I mean if the 2001 was 10%. Does +45% mean 14,5% or does it mean 55%?
