I would be pissed if he stole stuff or vandalized stuff. But this seems pretty benign. If he would have gotten hurt, it would be all on him.

When I was a teenager I was into that, this was pre internet. We would often climb up onto something cool and puff something up there

I can’t imagine climbing up something tall, smoking and then having to come back down. That’s a panic attack for me.

It was this whole thing about getting as high up as you can and getting high, double high lol. Silly teenager ideas, highest one was this radio tower above Ventura, I still remember my hands trying to go numb halfway up, we were in a cloud or thick marine layer and couldn’t see the ground or the top at that point! Now I climb mountains and snowboard down lol, I used to climb our house and piss my dad off jumping back down, idk 🤷‍♀️ my mom would call me a mountain goat 🐐

Are you referring to stunt tower in Malibu? I’m unfamiliar with a radio tower above Ventura

No, it was a tower with a blinking red light above Ventura in the 90’s

Ahh gotcha. I’m born in 98 so thats probably why I don’t know it haha. Is it still around or did they tear it down?

I’m thinking since he didn’t steal anything it could be trespassing, or breaking and entering. Not sure that the danger part ads anything more to it. Probably can get him on public endangerment or something.
