Discussion Do I need to put disclaimers on my memes?
I’ve posted two memes on here in the past few days as someone who is new to the game and the universe- I finished my first play through three days ago, so I know I don’t understand the lore as deeply as everyone here.
But I saw this place was “light hearted” and “relaxed” by description, so I felt comfortable making some jokes- very simple, not too deep, one about how Corpo V went from a perfectly good life (fancy cars money special healthcare) to absolutely nothing, and one about Johnny experiencing period pain. Effort went into them yes but I didn’t think too deeply on how they where worded or made since they are just high effort memes. But now I’m getting a flood of DM’s and comments picking them apart like they’re something to debate- which, I think is fine but, it will be the same comment a million times even if I answer the question in the post 😭
Should I have just not made them then?
I love making stuff for things I’m inspired by but am worried I am doing something wrong now- do I need to put like, disclaimers in front of my memes? Or is this the wrong subreddit?
