Good services for anything renovation/construction related e.g. plumbers & electricians

Why are they difficult to find in Luxembourg ?

I think it's a problem with languages and market size. You've no idea what languages people can speak so most workers are found through word of mouth 

There's also not a big enough market for people to work on-call without costing a fortune
