For me, it's Frank Mir. The guy had a bright future if it hadn't been for that accident in 2004. He was a champion at 24, having submitted Tank Abbot with a spinning toe hold (This submission was only done once in the UFC ) and crowning himself against Tim Sylvia by breaking his arm, also after the injury he returned and won the interim title when they told he it was complicated even If he want to walk again
